Recent Projects
STEM prepared tools, guidelines and frameworks for implementing social sustainability practices and grievance management systems for the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board (TNUHDB) — aimed at improving stakeholder engagement, transparency and rights-based implementation of urban housing and infrastructure programmes.
STEM has also carried out capacity building; evaluation of housing projects; Organisation Studies for Urban Development Authority etc. Another set of activities involve Project Management Support for capacity building and water supply and drainage projects.
